Scottsdale, AZ: The Crust Restaurant Group is proud to announce the grand opening of The Goose, a stylish new cocktail bar in the heart of Scottsdale.
Located next to the original Crust Simply Italian in the Mercado Del Lago shopping center, The Goose promises an intimate and sophisticated experience. Guests can expect an Art Deco ambiance featuring geometric goose-patterned wallpaper, gold accents, a black and white marble floor, and candlelit tables.
“As a sister concept to The Ostrich and Blue Heron, The Goose offers a distinct personality,” says Michael Merendino, owner of Crust Restaurant Group. “While there are similarities, guests will discover an elevated wine list, a separate food menu, and of course, a menu of inventive cocktails that pay homage to the bar’s namesake.”
The Goose’s cocktail program features classic favorites like the Vesper martini and the Vieux Carre, alongside signature creations with playful names like “The Down Comforter” and “The OnlyFeathers.”
Beyond the drinks, The Goose offers a curated selection of wines and a delectable food menu perfect for enjoying alongside their handcrafted cocktails.
