The Ritz-Carlton, Cayman Cookout: A Culinary Celebration
Every January, the world’s top chefs and beverage experts come together at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman for a memorable epicurean adventure, set against the stunning backdrop of Seven Mile Beach.
Hosted by chef Eric Ripert, of Michelin-starred Le Bernardin in New York City, this acclaimed festival offers a captivating mix of immersive cooking demonstrations, exhilarating destination adventures, elegant soirées and tranquil beachside relaxation. Attendees can interact with a stellar roster of culinary talents, including celebrated chefs like José Andrés, Kristen Kish, Andrew Zimmern, Daniel Boulud and Jorge Vallejo of Mexico City‘s Quintonil, the first Mexican restaurant to earn two Michelin stars.
The beverage program features a distinguished lineup of sommeliers, spirits producers and mixologists, led by Aldo Sohm of Le Bernardin and Sohm Bar in New York City. Other notable participants include Michael Kennedy, Charles Joly, TJ Vong, LP O’Brien, Marie-Christine Osselin and Tony Abou Ganim.
