The duplex apartment officially known as Residence 6103 is the premier private residence from the Four Seasons, itself one of the world’s leading luxury hotel brands, and is perched on the very top of the highest residential building not only in Boston but in the whole of New England.
The 740-ft-tall tower was designed by the late Henry N Cobb to make a statement against the rows of neighboring Blackbay Brownstones townhouses, and this four-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers unparalleled views to the east, south and west of the city.
A security-enabled elevator from the private lobby opens up directly into the double-height entrance. The 7,256-sq-ft property makes the very most of its altitude, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Boston skyline.

If you’re not feeling dizzy from the height, there are two private outdoor spaces with postcard-worthy backdrops. The first balcony can be found on the first level and a larger terrace is accessible from the second floor, measuring 540 sq ft with an outdoor fireplace and cozy seating area.
