Forget a Hotel. These New Paris Travel Apartments Let You Experience the Olympics in Luxury.

Your Paris Olympics experience is about to get a bit chicer.

Highstay, a company that offers luxury short-term and extended-stay apartments throughout the French capital, is getting set to debut three new accommodations just in time for the sporting event of the season. Starting on June 25, you’ll be able to book one of the flats in the Opéra district, situated in the 9th arrondissement.

Dubbed the Banque Apartments, the new offerings will all be in the same building, with both one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts available. The interiors have been immaculately designed to combine the best of contemporary trends with classic 19th-century Haussmannian features. (Georges-Eugène Haussmann was the French official largely in charge of making Paris how it looks today.) The kitchen is meant to be the centerpiece of all three apartments, a space where you and your family or friends can gather throughout the day. The bedrooms, meanwhile, use warm materials to act like a sanctuary. And large windows allow natural light to flood into the apartments, complementing the neutral tones found throughout.

Along with all of the aesthetic details, the Highstay apartments combine the best of hotel amenities with the privacy of your own home. There’s daily housekeeping and a personalized concierge service, which can help you plan outings like a helicopter tour of Paris or a private walk-through of the Eiffel Tower. And luxury car service is available on demand, as is a private city guide.

These amenities aren’t exclusive to the Banque Apartments, either—all of Highstay’s flats give access to them. Across Paris, the company currently has 36 accommodations, in neighborhoods like the Champs-Elysées, the Marais, Louvre-Rivoli, and Saint Honoré. And by 2025, it’s hoping to expand to more than 100 addresses.

Prior to booking any of the spaces, you’re able to take a 3-D tour of the apartment, and check-in and check-out are both done automatically via a digital key system. Plus, the ability to book a stay for just one night or up to a whole month gives you built-in flexibility.

With Paris expected to be extremely crowded this summer, and with hotels having booked up months in advance, Highstay’s accommodations may be the next best thing to a more classic stay.

Nightly rates start at €357($382) for Banque I, €434 ($465) for Banque II, and €721 euros for Banque III.
